Certificate of Good Distribution Practice - GDP

The distribution includes the transportation and preservation of the products from the warehouse of manufacturer or the distribution center to the customers or to the distribution points by different means of transport.

Refer to the decision of Ministry of Health No.12/2007/QD-BYT dated 24th January 2007, “Good Distribution Practices” (GDP) is a part of the entire quality assurance in order to ensure the product quality which is maintained through controlling adequately all activities related to drug distribution process.

If the products are produced well but the quality cannot be guaranteed during the distribution process under the effect of environmental conditions such as heat, rain, high humidity,…, this will cause the damage of products as well as reduce the product quality. As a result, adherence to the GDP principles contributes to maintain the stability of the product quality during their circulation in the market.
